I’m Ezra. I have a full-time job and a house full of kids, so I do this evenings and weekends. I’m not an IT company and I’m not trying to be one. I just like helping people with the stuff that drives them crazy.

What it costs

$95 for the first hour

Then $30 for each half hour after that. The drive is included if you’re nearby.

Most jobs take one to three hours, so most people pay somewhere between $95 and $215. I’ll give you a real number before I start, and you won’t get a surprise at the end.

What I help with

• Setting up a new computer, phone, or tablet
• Moving everything off your old computer onto the new one
• TVs, streaming, remotes, and hooking up old VCRs and DVD players
• Printers that won’t print and wifi that keeps dropping
• Slow computers, viruses, and popups
• Sitting down and showing you how something works

If it isn’t on this list, ask anyway. Most of what I do is whatever someone couldn’t figure out.

Where I go

Quakertown, Perkasie, Sellersville, Souderton, Telford, Coopersburg, Pennsburg, Harleysville, Doylestown, Lansdale, Allentown, Bethlehem, and the towns in between.

Farther out than that, add $40 for the extra driving. Past about thirty-five miles I usually can’t make it work.

What I don’t do

• Business networks, servers, and office IT
• Cracked screens, water damage, and taking hardware apart
• Recovering files off a drive that has already failed
